Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Mobile Financial Services in North America.

This hybrid role combines strategic account development with closing multi-million dollar engagements and positioning Ericsson as a partner for digital financial infrastructure. You will build a high-quality pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams, and represent Ericsson at industry events.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech with regulatory awareness.
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across target market in USA and customer segments.
Drive consultative and solution selling to address customer priorities.
Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through proactive outreach.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
Drive large, complex opportunities and multi-million-dollar engagements.
Develop business cases, value narratives, and commercial proposals.
Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders across business and technology.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
