Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in North America for Mobile Financial Services. The role centers on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex deals with financial institutions and fintech clients.

You will build an influential pipeline, collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams, and represent Ericsson at industry events. A strong network and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/ payments.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Ability to build new accounts through an established network.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies.

Responsabilités

• Generate net-new business across USA target market and strategic segments.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline and CRM accuracy while collaborating with internal teams.
