Ericsson seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This hybrid role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals.

You will position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure, supporting clients in launching and scaling next-generation services.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in a Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments organization.
• Recent experience selling a Mobile Financial Service and understanding digital payments ecosystems.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments with proactive outreach and strategic account targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals showing outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
