T-Mobile in Tukwila is seeking Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. You will use new systems and tools to resolve needs from research to resolution, collaborating with Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop point for solutions.

The role offers curated training, ongoing development, and a team-based culture that rewards contributions to store results and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
