Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience is preferred: 12+ months as Neighborhood Mobile Expert.
• Care roles like Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop expertise as SME for T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a culture of sales and service excellence.
