Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Sr Mobile Expert for our company-owned Experience stores in Tacoma. You will blend retail expertise with a passion for delivery of best-in-class customer service, solving issues from research to resolution and guiding customers through our product roadmap for these locations.

You will engage in curated training, collaborate with peers in Customer Service and Engineering, and contribute to a team-driven environment that rewards performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred / Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
