T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert for its company-owned Experience stores in the United States. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer service while applying retail expertise and using new systems to resolve customer needs from research to resolution.

You will join a team where Experts and Leaders collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to create efficient, end-to-end solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
