Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience: 12+ months as Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert roles in Account or Technical Care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in T-Mobile products and services.
• Leverages digital tools in customer interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a sales and service culture.
