T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in our company-owned Experience stores. You will leverage new systems and tools to address customer needs from research to resolution, collaborating with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to create a streamlined experience.

Ideal candidates bring retail expertise, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in mobile or related care roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become a SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates with team to build a strong sales and service culture.
