T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Sr Mobile Expert to deliver top-tier customer service in company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and tools to address customer needs from research to resolution and participate in a product roadmap tailored for these locations.

This role includes curated training, a team-based culture, and growth opportunities within the Un-carrier. Ideal candidates bring retail experience and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop SME knowledge for T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates with team to build a culture of sales and service.
