You will deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise, solve customer needs from research to resolution, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. You will work with new systems and tools, receive curated training, and participate in a roadmap built for these locations to ensure top-tier sales and service experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred or similar retail care experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
