T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert in an Experience Store setting in Oklahoma City. You will apply your retail know-how and customer service skills to resolve issues, recommend products, and leverage digital tools for efficient service.

As an SME, you will participate in curated training and collaborate with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to deliver top-tier experiences and drive store results. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Retail: 12+ months in Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
