T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and a product roadmap to meet customer needs, collaborating with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to resolve issues.

You will undergo curated training for ongoing development and be part of a team that rewards store results and sales excellence across a customer lifetime experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to act as SME in T-Mobile matters.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
