T-Mobile Experience Stores are seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service while applying retail expertise. You’ll work with in-store systems, new tools, and a roadmap designed for these locations to resolve customer needs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience of 12+ months in Neighborhood Mobile Expert role preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop knowledge to act as SME for T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
