T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert for our company-owned Experience stores. You will deliver best-in-class service, leverage new systems and tools, and work with peers from Customer Service and Engineering to resolve customer needs end-to-end.

Expect curated training, growth opportunities, and a team-based culture that rewards excellence in sales and service. Qualified candidates have strong communication and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (must be able to work legally in the U.S.).
• Retail experience, 12+ months in Neighborhood Mobile Expert or equivalent preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop SME knowledge of T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a strong culture of sales and service.
