T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in our company-owned Experience stores. You will leverage retail expertise, solve issues across research to resolution, and contribute to a product roadmap built for these locations.

You will receive curated training, ongoing development, and work in a team-based culture that rewards experience and store results. This role supports top-tier sales and service in a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
