Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert for company-owned Experience stores to deliver best-in-class customer service and retail expertise. You will use new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, and participate in a product roadmap tailored for these locations.

You will train with curated programs, collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering peers, and be empowered to grow in a team that rewards both sales and service performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in mobile or electronics preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools for customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
