Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (Neighborhood Mobile Expert).
• Customer service and sales skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Complete ongoing training to stay current and act as SME for T-Mobile.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
