T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert, Bilingual to deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise in our Experience stores. You will work with new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, collaborating with Customer Service and Engineering to create a seamless, one-stop experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
