T-Mobile USA, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service while applying retail expertise at our company-owned Experience stores. You will solve needs from research to resolution using new in-store systems and tools.

As an SME in all things T-Mobile, you will train continuously and collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop resolution path, driving sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience: 12+ months in Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert and Account Care or Technical Care preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
