Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service and retail expertise in our company-owned Experience stores.

You will help attract new customers and provide top-tier service to existing ones using new systems and a dedicated product roadmap. As a Senior Mobile Expert you will resolve issues in a single interaction, leverage digital tools, and collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to create a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience of 12+ months as Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, apply product knowledge, and drive sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and act as SME for T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
