You will leverage your retail expertise to deliver best-in-class customer service, sell appropriate products, and resolve issues using in-store systems and digital tools. You will participate in ongoing training, collaborate with peers across Customer Service and Engineering, and contribute to a culture that rewards outstanding store results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Retail: 12+ months experience in mobile/expert role preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert / Account Care / Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Utilizes digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
