T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in our company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and a tailored product roadmap to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, collaborating with customer service and engineering teams.

You will participate in curated training to develop expertise and support a culture of high performance, with a focus on sales excellence and service leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in mobile/electronics preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert or related care experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
