Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Experience Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in our dedicated Experience store.

You will sell products, resolve customer pain points, and collaborate with peers from Customer Service and Engineering to provide a one-stop resolution path. This role requires at least 12 months as Mobile Expert or related retail experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 12+ months tenure as Mobile Expert or similar.
• Strong customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use in-store systems and digital tools.
• Willingness to complete certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues in a single interaction using store systems and tools.
• Complete training to become SME for T-Mobile products.
• Collaborate with team to deliver best-in-class sales and service.
