T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, while contributing to a product roadmap built for these locations.

You will join a team-oriented culture that rewards achievements in sales and service, with curated training and ongoing development to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
