T-Mobile seeks a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service at our company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, while contributing to a product roadmap for store locations.

You will train and develop with curated curricula, enabling growth in a team-driven environment that rewards results and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care (Preferred).
• Care: Elite Expert, Technical Care (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become a SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a sales/service culture.
