Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Experience Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service at our company-owned Experience stores. You will use new systems and tools to resolve issues from research to resolution and contribute to a road map designed for these locations.

Experience Experts work with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop resolution flow. You will receive curated training to grow your expertise and advance in a team-based environment focused on sales and service

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (Required).
12+ months tenure as Mobile Expert (Neighborhood/Signature), Elite Account Expert or Elite Tech Expert (Required).
Strong customer service and retail sales experience in high-volume environments (Required).
Ability to learn new systems and tools and act as SME in T-Mobile products (Required).
Legally authorized to work in the United States (Required).

Responsibilities

Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
Completes ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
Success In Resolving Sales And Customer Service Pain Points.
