Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to drive data-driven transformation for large Retail & Travel & Hospitality accounts. You will collaborate with AEs and customer teams, shaping technical strategies and leading proofs of concept.

You will leverage your background in big data, data science and cloud to advance ML/AI adoption, building strong customer relationships and technical champions across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Retail/CPG space or related industries.
• 4+ years in a pre-sales or sales-support role with technical emphasis.
• Strong background in big data, data science and cloud technologies.
• Experience driving data-driven business transformation and change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical voice for up to 9 clients within Databricks' Retail & Travel & Hospitality verticals.
• Lead customers on transformation journeys, evaluating and adopting Databricks solutions.
• Define and implement the technical strategy in each target account with hands-on teams.
• Build a network of technical champions and align strategies around Databricks offerings.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to scalable customer success.
