Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to partner with the Account Executive for Travel & Hospitality within Retail and CPG, shaping the technical strategy that expands adoption of ML and AI across large enterprise accounts.

You will mentor teammates and lead the technical voice for up to 9 clients, helping to drive data-driven transformation and alignment of Databricks solutions with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales for large enterprise accounts in Retail/CPG.
• 3+ years working in a pre sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.

Responsibilities

• You will work with up to 9 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• You will lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• You will implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• You will provide structured mentorship for other team members.
