Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Project Manager for Microgrid & Off-Grid Project Execution to drive end-to-end performance, from transition to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams and own scope, schedule, and finances, ensuring safe, compliant, on-time delivery of integrated DER and energy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related discipline; PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive PM/PMO experience in construction, electrical infrastructure, energy, or related fields.
• Hands-on microgrid, off-grid, islandable, DERs, BESS, PV, generator, or complex electrical integration experience.
• Working knowledge of project finance, tendering, procurement, forecasting, billing, and change control.
• Experience coordinating with owners, contractors, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar CM platform; adept with scheduling, financials, and reporting.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of grid-connected, islandable, and off-grid microgrid projects from engineering handoff through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage integration of BESS, solar PV, generators, switchgear, controls, and EMS for fully operational microgrid solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee factory testing, SAT, energization, commissioning, and final system startup.
• Drive risk, changes, and customer expectations while protecting profitability and schedule.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance.
• Lead communications with customers and stakeholders on progress, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget with complete documentation and closeout packages.
