Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in microgrids, energy storage, or DER.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support microgrid, BESS, and DER solutions for utility, commercial, industrial, and data center applications.
- Collaborate with sales on technical proposals, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and client reviews.
- Perform system sizing, equipment selection, and analysis for energy storage and microgrid systems.
- Design architectures involving BESS, PCS/inverters, microgrid controllers, EMS/SCADA, and interconnections.
- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Act as technical advisor to customers, EPCs, and stakeholders throughout projects.
- Travel 30–40% for meetings, site visits, commissioning, and workshops.
