Job summary
Ensono is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services. You will translate AI-enabled platform capabilities into monetized, scalable services with clear economic models and pricing structures.
You will set the roadmap, align stakeholders, and own outcomes across MFaaS offerings. You will partner with Pricing, Finance, and Sales to evolve go-to-market models, seek repeatable growth, and ensure profitability while enabling AI-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management with commercial ownership.
- Experience in managed services or technology services environments.
- Pricing, costing, and monetization experience for productized services.
- Ability to translate technical capability into clear packaging and sellable value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercialization roadmap across the MFaaS portfolio and prioritize by impact.
- Collaborate with Product Pricing and Operations to refine costing and pricing models.
- Package services into clear offerings with tiered levels and bundles.
- Ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and defensible in the market.
- Translate platform capabilities into market-ready propositions and pricing guidance.
