Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Mainframe Managed Services. The role focuses on translating platform capabilities into productized, monetized services, updating service definitions, pricing models, and packaging to meet market demand and client value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management, with clear ownership of commercial offer development in a managed services or technology services environment.
• Managed services background across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services, and understanding of how managed service offers are structured, sold, and delivered.
• Pricing & commercialization expertise — proven track record of productizing services and developing pricing models.
• Commercial and financial acumen — cost-to-serve modeling, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Translation skill — turn technical capability into clear packaging and sellable value propositions.
• AI-enabled delivery fluency — understanding automation and AI efficiencies to reshape cost-to-serve and service design.
• Cross-organizational experience — work across Product, Finance, and Delivery to drive alignment.
• Clear communicator — run cross-functional meetings and ensure decisions are clear.
• Ownership mindset — drive the roadmap and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the commercialization roadmap across the MFaaS portfolio.
• Prioritize based on customer impact, commercial potential and feasibility.
• Define pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers.
• Productize services into clear, sellable offerings with tiered levels and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Develop standard proposal constructs and pricing guidance for Sales.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure scale and operability.
