Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Sr. MEP Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team. You will lead the MEP scope for hyperscale data center projects, overseeing electrical and mechanical systems and interfacing with BMS/EPMS and VDC/BIM processes.

You will manage commissioning, procurement, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering safe, scalable, and efficient data center environments. This role requires extensive MEP experience and strong program management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical construction management experience, with at least 5 years in hyperscale data centers.
• Deep familiarity with data center commissioning sequence (Levels 1-5) and IST.
• Demonstrated experience managing $100M+ MEP subcontracts, equipment purchase agreements, and complex change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks/BIM software, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• MEP Technical Leadership & Execution: Oversee end-to-end electrical and mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers.
• BMS/EPMS Integration: Direct the integration and programming coordination of BMS and EPMS.
• VDC Coordination: Lead VDC/BIM coordination to prevent field clashes between MEP and structure.
• Commissioning & Handover: Guide commissioning from factory testing to integrated systems testing.
• Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain: Manage procurement, FWT, logistics, and OFCI/CFCI equipment.
