Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. MEP Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States.

The role focuses on leading end-to-end MEP execution for hyperscale data centers, coordinating BMS/EPMS integration, and driving VDC/BIM processes to ensure zero field clashes. You will oversee commissioning, procurement, and contract administration while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical construction management experience.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers or equivalent complex MEP-heavy environments.
• Proven track record managing $100M+ MEP subcontracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end MEP execution for complex data center projects.
• Direct BMS/EPMS integration and coordination.
• Lead VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes.
• Manage commissioning and handover with third-party agents.
• Oversee strategic procurement, delivery logistics, and risk mitigation.
