Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection aspects, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery with a strong emphasis on MEP coordination within data center environments. Responsibilities include leading preconstruction, managing subcontractor scopes, and driving project finances and schedules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management focusing on MEP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems with minimal supervision.
• Procore, P6, and other construction management tools experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for MEP trades including bidding, utility coordination, and scheduling.
• Coordinate MEP subcontracts, change orders, progress payments, and project finances.
• Manage project budgets, cost codes, invoices, and owner pay apps.
• Lead project team members and subcontractor partners; mentor teammates.
• Oversee Project Quality and Safety Plans with MEP subs and ensure proper documentation.
