Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an experienced Sr. MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes for hyperscale data center projects.

You will oversee end-to-end MEP execution, from substations to direct-to-chip cooling systems, and coordinate BMS/EPMS integration, VDC processes, and commissioning activities. The role requires 10+ years in MEP/construction management with data center exposure and strong proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical construction management experience, with hyperscale/data center exposure
• Experience with data center commissioning (IST)
• Contractual/financial management of large MEP subcontracts and change orders
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/management field
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks/BIM and Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP technical leadership across electrical and mechanical scopes
• Oversee BMS/EPMS integration and coordination
• Lead VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes
• Direct commissioning and handover activities with third-party CxA
• Manage procurement, FWT, and logistics for OFCI/CFCI equipment
• Own MEP budget, contracts, and monthly forecasting
• Mentor and develop a team of MEP PMs and coordinators
