Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an MEP Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team. The role focuses on administering PM tasks for MEP systems, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery across data-center projects.

It requires strong leadership, coordination with owners, and a proactive approach to risk and quality. The candidate will manage budgets, subcontractors, and schedule, while mentoring team members and coordinating with BIM, commissioning, and field teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience focused on MEP systems.
• Knowledge of data center MEP systems and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Procore and P6 proficiency; BIM coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP preconstruction activities including bid procedures, reviews, and scheduling.
• Oversee MEP procurement, subcontractor management, and change control.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, pay apps and overall finances.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and 3-D construction coordination.
• Lead commissioning, testing, and project closeout activities.
