Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes for hyperscale data center projects.

You will supervise grid-to-rack MEP systems, coordinate BMS/EPMS integration, and drive VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes. Responsibilities include commissioning oversight with the third-party CxA, ensuring documentation accuracy, and managing procurement, scheduling, and team development in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical construction management experience, with at least 5 years in hyperscale or data centers.
• Experience leading end-to-end MEP scopes in complex projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning sequences (Levels 1-5).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of electrical distribution and mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers.
• Direct integration and coordination of BMS/EPMS.
• Coordinate VDC/BIM processes to avoid field clashes and support s tart-to-finish delivery.
• Lead commissioning efforts with third-party agents and client engineering teams.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and scheduling for OFCI and CFCI equipment.
• Develop and mentor a team of MEP PMs, engineers, and field coordinators.
