Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States.

You will engage in preconstruction activities for MEP trades, develop bid procedures, and coordinate vendor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling to support critical data center projects. You will mentor internal teams, manage MEP subcontractor scopes, and drive project QA/QS plans, commissioning, and closeout processes while traveling as needed to ensure

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in construction project management with focus on MEP systems.
• Knowledge of owner project agreements and ability to communicate it to the team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in preconstruction focusing on MEP trades, bid procedures, estimates and scheduling.
• Coordinate MEP scopes, subcontracts, change orders and project finances.
• Lead MEP submittal process and BIM/3-D construction coordination.
• Mentor internal team members and assist field team with project schedule tasks.
• Lead Project Quality and Safety Plans with MEP Subcontractors.
