Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes for hyperscale data center projects.

You will guide MEP execution from design through commissioning, coordinating BMS/EPMS, VDC/BIM, procurement and commissioning activities with key stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years in MEP construction management, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing complex, high-value projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical construction management experience, with hyperscale/data center exposure preferred.
• Deep knowledge of commissioning sequences (Levels 1-5) and IST execution.
• Experience managing complex MEP subcontracts and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end MEP execution for hyperscale data centers including electrical distribution and cooling systems.
• Direct BMS/EPMS integration and VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes.
• Lead commissioning activities with third-party CxA and client engineering teams.
• Manage procurement, testing, logistics, and OFCI/CFCI equipment.
• Assume P&L responsibility and contract administration for MEP packages and teams.
