Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team in the United States.

You will lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scope on data-center projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and specifications. Responsibilities include preconstruction coordination, vendor qualification, BIM/3D coordination, subcontractor buyouts, change management, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in construction project management with MEP focus.
• Data center critical work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project controls, schedules and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP-related project management on assigned data center projects.
• Oversee preconstruction, bid reviews, vendor qualifications and scheduling.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, submittals, change orders and payments.
• Manage budgets, cost codes, invoices and owner pay applications.
• Mentor team members and drive project schedule alignment.
• Lead commissioning, closeout, and documentation processes.
