Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager for Mission Critical projects with travel across sites. You will oversee MEP scopes, coordinate with CxA and client teams, manage procurement, and lead a team across larger programs.

You will drive integration of BMS/EPMS, VDC coordination, and IST readiness while maintaining quality and schedule on high‑value data center packages.

Qualifications

• 10+ years mechanical and/or electrical construction mgmt experience.
• 5+ years in hyperscale/colocation data centers or similar complex environments.
• Experience with data center commissioning sequence L1–L5 and IST.
• Proven ability to manage $100M+ MEP subcontracts and complex change orders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or CM field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end MEP execution for complex data center projects.
• Coordinate grid-to-rack electrical and cooling systems and BMS/EPMS integration.
• Oversee VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes.
• Manage commissioning, PFT, FT, and handover documentation.
• Direct procurement, testing, logistics, and risk mitigation for critical equipment.
• Own budget, contracts, and team development within a large project team.
