Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Sr. MEP Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes on hyperscale data center projects.

You will drive end-to-end MEP execution, coordinate BMS/EPMS integration, and push VDC/BIM processes to ensure clash-free installations and on-time commissioning. Strong leadership and financial oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical/electrical construction management, with 5+ years in hyperscale/data center projects.
• Experience managing $100M+ MEP subcontracts and complex change orders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP scope delivery for hyperscale data center projects from design through commissioning.
• Oversee grid-to-rack electrical distribution and cooling systems.
• Direct VDC/BIM coordination to avoid field clashes.
• Manage procurement, schedule, and budget performance.
