Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection delivery on national mission critical projects.

You will administer project management tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Responsibilities include preconstruction activities, bid reviews, vendor qualification, estimating, scheduling, coordination with BIM, RFI/submittal forecasting, change management, budgeting, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in construction project management with focus on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science (or equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and other construction management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP scope buyout, award, contract and coordination.
• Coordinate MEP submittals, RFIs and change management with stakeholders.
• Assist in project budgets, cost codes and pay applications.
• Lead BIM-enabled coordination and field team support for schedule development.
• Support project commissioning, testing and closeout documentation.
