Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a MEP Project Manager II to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection on national mission critical data center projects in the Atlanta area.

You will lead preconstruction, buyout, subcontractor coordination, BIM coordination, RFI/submittal forecasting, 3D coordination, QA and safety plans, and project closeout with a focus on on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management focusing on MEP systems.
• Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and other construction management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of PM tasks for MEP trades on assigned projects.
• Lead preconstruction activities including bid procedures, utility coordination, vendor & subcontractor qualifications.
• Coordinate MEP scopes, change requests, progress payments, and overall finances.
• Manage project team members and subcontractor partners; mentor team members.
• Lead BIM coordination, RFI/submittal forecasting, and project schedule activities.
• Drive Project Quality and Safety Plans with MEP Subcontractors.
• Handle project closeout documentation and warranties.
