Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Texas seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager II to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection on mission critical data center projects. You will drive preconstruction, buyout and coordination to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and BIM-driven coordination with field teams and subcontractors. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management focused on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of data center MEP systems and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and BIM tools.
• Strong communication, leadership and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP scope buyout, award, contract and coordination with subs.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost codes, and pay applications.
• Coordinate MEP activities with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project schedule, QA/QC and safety plans on-site.
• Mentor and develop project team members through supervision.
