Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team. This role focuses on administering PM tasks for MEP aspects of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

The candidate will manage preconstruction, vendor qualification, subcontractor coordination, and project schedules, while mentoring team members and supporting project closeout requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management focusing on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and other construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the project preconstruction process focusing on MEP trades including bid procedures, bid reviews, utility coordination, estimating and scheduling.
• Develop business relationships internally and externally through effective communication.
• Provide insights into Temporary MEP systems to support construction site scheduling and requirements.
• Lead buyout, award, contract, and coordination of MEP scopes of work.
• Manage MEP Subcontractors through BIM/3-D construction coordination.
