Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a MEP Project Manager II for the National Mission Critical team in Atlanta. The role emphasizes administration of MEP scopes, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specifications.

You will guide preconstruction activities, manage submittals, RFI forecasting, and project closeout while mentoring staff and promoting safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management focusing on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• Experience with data center critical infrastructure and Procore/P6 would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) across projects.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule adherence and quality.
• Support project preconstruction activities and risk management.
