As a Concierge Team leader, you will educate members about programs, manage check-ins, process payments, resolve issues, and create over-the-top service experiences that build brand loyalty and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year customer service experience
• 1+ year sales experience
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Proactively build relationships with members and guests, delivering high-tier service experiences
• Assist members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments
• Support retention initiatives by presenting options to members seeking to cancel
• Engage in service recovery to resolve member questions and concerns
• Promote amenities and programs aligned to customer interests and needs
• Communicate with members via email or phone in a brand-aligned manner
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation
